★ Sesame bread ★



the last few recipes' got too much double cream..opting for something healthier for this week..black sesame and rye flour~♥
turns out great..the bread's crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside.. :)



the preparation is similar to the earlier soft bread..but a longer kneading time is needed..a good whole 20 mins! good thing i left the kneading to the bread machine..heh
