★ rye bread ★

Got to maximise the usage of my baking machines...heh, still bread baking.
Though the initial kneading is done on the breadmaker, there's a need to hand knead a little n reshape to proof for at least three times ..n yes, longer preparation involved. but since rye flour is much healthier than white bread, its worth trying..



kinda fun to criss-cross the top of the dough.. :)



Baking time is much longer..but the end result is pretty good, the dough rised nicely!~♪ taste great too..crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside.. :)
