☆ Cherry turnover ☆




cherries are in season..bought california bing cherries;
there were some puff pastry left in the freezer, combine the two n its cherry turnover.. real convenient :)



add lemon juice n castor sugar to the cherry filling..
shape the pastry and top the turnover with more sugar before baking



warm cherries oozing from the pastry..pretty much like jam..yum!
