jeju last post..

finally free and easy at jeju..but just for the evening. our dinner..ok prob more japanese style..craving at that moment :)

managed some shopping..putting all in good use now..

and dunkin donuts for supper..yum! updates on seoul next..

Jeju teddy bear museum

slow on posts..still on jeju day 2..we headed to teddy bear museum *click* ..the goong drama probably popularised it further, too bad i missed the drama..anywayz..

Pikachu!

baked at yanz place this noon..we did an impromptu recording of jay chow's secret movie's 4 hands duet piece..a totally new piece and this was our 1st practise together.

we worked on the tempo a little..and this was our finalised recording after 15 mins of practise and rehearse":) me on the secondo doubling the melody n yanz on the primo..enjoy :P will probably update a better video at a later date..just posting this out of fun ":)

jeju part 2

still day 2 noon at Jeju..pretty intensive slots.. filming site of Daejanggeum at the Odolgae.

Jeju day 2

visited too many locations on the 6th..this should be seongsan sunrise peak based on my itinerary notes but my pics looks more like Songak-san Peak here.. www.lifeinkorea.com/travel2/cheju/106/ ..a little confused :P but should be seongsan sunrise peak no doubt..according to my notes ":)

my favorite part of Jeju was the clean fresh air ":) and the weather was perfect..really cool at prob 8 degrees or lesser
its real scenic..pretty awesome views :)

Jeju

posting selectively on the itinerary..skipping some itinerary places..else the pics are going to be endless :) still on day one though..here's Yongdu-am

it was term break..so we see lots of korean students here on vacation at jeju

we had a pretty rushed 2-hour shopping at jeju underground shopping mall...

too little time and so little buys :(

11pm..last stop..er.. no winnings :)

Lunch @ Jeju 삼계탕- Samgyetang

gonna have slow updates..its crazy..i have over 1000 pics..more scenic pics that is :P thanks to my 8gb nokia and extra memory cards in my digital cam. ":)

this was our 1st eating stop at Jeju...the exterior doesnt quite look like a restaurant.




the ever popular ginseng chicken soup..just great for the cool weather :)

the Samgyetang is suppose to have health benefits..with lotsa medical herbs added. the soup was surprisingly mild..that was before adding the ginseng wine which i had 2nd helpings :p pretty filling with the glutinious rice, noodles and side dishes..

cherry blossoms were everywhere..this was taken at the backyard of the restaurant ":)
